Roger Bruns passed peacefully on May 10 in Cleveland, OH surrounded by his loved ones. He was born in Merrill, Wisconsin on October 23, 1947. He worked as a school custodian and owned Country Way, a health food and feed store, in Crystal falls, MI before retiring to Palmetto, FL in 2006. He and Mira moved to Cleveland, OH near his 2 daughters in 2018.

Dearest father of Tanya(Zach) Durant, Jason Bruns, and Tamara Bruns. Grandfather of Abby, Samantha, Isaiah, Evy, Landon, Josy, Elly, Ruth, and Nolan. Brother of Iva, Dave, Joe, Gina, Doreen, Debra, and Sheryl. Preceded by his parents Janice and Nick Schiavone and grandson Zeke Durant.
He was A jack of all trades who loved gardening, fishing, fixing things, being outdoors, making wine, computers, helping people, and hanging out with his family.

I never got to know Roger, I remember very little about him and only saw him maybe two times in my life. I am certain he was a good man and a good provider. I wished I would have gotten to know him my condolences to his family.
