MICHAEL E. VENINSHEK, age 55, passed away on January 4, 2012. He was born on January 3, 1957 in Cleveland, OH to Bernard Veninshek and the late Elaine Haffnagel Veninshek. He was the beloved husband of Maria Evelyna and father of Portia and Alexa. He was also survived by his sister Linda Bertolone. Mr. Veninshek was a Martial Arts Instructor/owner of Midwest Kenpo Karate and employed by Norfolk Southern Railroad for 7 years. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, January 7, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Ignatius of Antioch Church, 10205 Lorain Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44111. Visitation half hour before service

I am deeply sorry to hear of mikes passing. I was just on google trying to find contact info for him, and I found this. I wanted to thank mike once again for all the lessons, both in karate and character, he taught me as a kid. He is missed. Prayers for his.

I met my cousin Mike only a few times but he always came across to me as a fun-loving spirit. It’s very sad that he passed at an early age. My sympathy goes out to his wife and children and to my Uncle Buma.
