Barbara Ann Rowan (nee East), 52, passed away August 4, 2017. Beloved wife of the late Bennie Rowan. Loving mother of Tanya Rowan, Christopher Rowan (Amanda), and step-mother of Brian Rowan and Heather Rowan. Dear grandmother of Colton and Hailee Moskal, Christopher, Benjamin, Ayden, Davin and Evelyn Rowan. Sister of Mark East (Jennifer), Sandra Meckley (Wayne) and the late Rick East (Brenda;surviving), Mona Stewart, and Sherry East. Loving aunt of many nieces and nephews, dear cousin, and friend to many. A private memorial service will be held Saturday, August 19, 2017 at 4PM.
