Dan Robertson

Dan Robertson passed away peacefully at home on August 22, 2024. He was born December 17, 1955 in Birmingham, AL to Wesley and Ethlene Robertson. He has an older sister named Sharon Carroll (nee Robertson) and was preceded in death by his older brother Larry Robertson. Dan and his wife Amy, married on September 27, 1986 in Hoover, AL, and lived in Pensacola, FL, Guilford, CT, and resided in Strongsville, OH. 

Dan worked for Echlin, Inc. beginning in 1977. Holding a variety of positions, he started in Birmingham, AL, then off to Pensacola, FL, and then to Guilford, CT. He transferred to Cleveland, OH in 1993 with Mr. Gasket as the International Sales Manager. He continued working in the car industry in 2006 at Brunswick Auto Mart until retirement. Dan enjoyed playing golf, cooking his own original meals, traveling in his younger years, spending time with his wife and daughter, and participating as an active member of the Strongsville United Methodist Church. 

Dan is survived by his wife Amy Robertson (nee Young), sister Sharon Carroll (nee Robertson), daughter Abbigail Bruder (nee Robertson), son-in-law Jacob Bruder, and grandson, due in February of 2025. Please join us for a Celebration of Life on Saturday, October 5, 2024, at the Strongsville United Methodist Church, 13500 Royalton Road, Stronsgville, OH 44136, begining at 10:00 a.m. with a service to follow at 11:00 a.m..  Lunch will be served after the service.
