Eleanor Bauer (nee Holderman) , age 85, of Medina, OH was called home on June 22, 2017. Cherished mother of Wayne, John (Donna), Bobby (Ann), Larry (Cindy), Rock (Debi), Dee Dee Hensley (Tom), Janet, Darla Rutkowski (Les). Daughter of the late John and Ann Holderman. Loving sister of Milton (Clara), Dale (Marlene), Dennis (Linda), Donna Rusticelli (Rusty), Marlene Gunter (Dewey), Sharon Parrotta (Pat), Linda Kahoun (Joe), and the deceased Wesley (Marilyn), Gloria Vales (Ronnie), Franklin, Edward, and Charolette. Dearest grandmother to 25 adoring grandchildren. Great-grandmother to 45. Great-Great Grandmother to 9. Dear aunt and friend to many. Eleanor came from a long line of strong, independent, god loving women. She taught us how to love genuinely and unconditionally with a love that would last forever. She was the most kind, loving, caring, forgiving, supportive, and understanding woman her family has ever known. Her “angel babies” were truly the joy of her life. Eleanor will be dearly missed. VISITATION will be held FRIDAY JUNE 30 from 11 to 12 p.m. at JARDINE FUNERAL HOME, 15822 PEARL ROAD, STRONGSVILLE, OHIO; where a MEMORIAL SERVICE will begin at 12 Noon. Family and friends are welcome to join in a celebration of Eleanor’s life at The VFW post 5137 pavilion, 3916 PEARL ROAD, MEDINA, OH following the service from 2-10pm.
