Glenn William Brindle, 86, of Polk passed away Tuesday, October 17, 2017 at University Hospital following an unexpected injury.
Glenn was born on October 29, 1930 in Akron, Ohio to Clyde and Lola (Myers) Brindle. He is survived by his loving wife, Jeannette (Cook), whom he married on September 15, 1953. Also, surviving are his children William (Sharon) Brindle of Athens, Michael (Julia) Brindle of Polk, Roxanne (Mark) Icenhour of Ashland, Mark (Adalia) Brindle of Ashland, and many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
Following his wishes there will be no calling hours or services. The family suggests in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Ashland County Dog Shelter, 1710 Garfield Ave, Ashland, OH 44805.

So sorry to hear about your loss. I know you were very close to your Dad. It’s very difficult to lose a loved one when it is expected but when it happens without warning it throws you into shock that takes quite a bit of time for your mind to realize it has actually happened.
