Henry F. Kozik

Henry F. Kozik “Hank”, age 61 passed away November 19, 2012. Henry is survived by his wife Joanne(nee Cook) of 33 years and his precious daughter, Alison Marie(Alie). Son of Priscilla of Union City, PA and the late Frank Kozik. Brother of Larry, Cindy Clark(Gary) and Rita Ross(Jeff).

Henry was a Pharmacist for over 30 years and an avid bass tournament fisherman. His death came suddenly after being diagnosed with Stage IV Pancreatic Cancer.

A “Celebration of Hank’s Life” will be held at a later date.
