Jack E. Wagner

Jack E. Wagner, age 94 of Brunswick OH passed away peacefully on Saturday December 9, 2023 in the presence of loving family. He was born September 1,1929 in Sharon Pennsylvania to Russell and Ada (nee Glover). He is survived by his three children, Michael Wagner, Stephanie Wagner-Kain, Kimaura (William R) Waller, daughter in law Daria Wagner, Sister Donna Wagner Samuels, 10 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. Jack was preceded in death by his parents and wife Marguerite “Reed” . He was a devoted Father, husband ,grandfather, and brother. A proud Veteran of the Navy, Jack served from 1948 to 1952 with time aboard the USS Albany CA 123. He enjoyed baking,woodcarving, listening to music, polka dancing, traveling, and spending time with his family. He was always a shoulder to cry on, a helping hand, and willing to ride a roller coaster (well into his 60’s!). He loved to see his family happy, and adored time spent with a baby on his lap. He was surely loved, and will be truly missed. A Celebration of Jack’s life will be announced at a later date.
