Jan Dean

Jan Dean, 93, passed away November 7, 2015. Cherished mother of W. Gordon Dean (Carol), Delores Dean, David Dean (Ruthann), Barbara Levermann (the late Tom), Wayne Dean (the late Ellen), and Leslie Alan Dean. Loving grandmother and great-grandmother to a multitude of both family and friends. Very dear friend of Tracy Davis, Shirley Hood, Yolanda Lawler, and TJ Jacobs.

Jan dedicated her life to the service of others.  She was a member of the Cleveland City Club, Cleveland Police Auxiliary 5^th District, Co-Chair of the Fifth District Safety Committee, a precinct committee person for the Democratic Ward Club, and was a on the Board of the Golden Age Center.

Jan’s dedication, support and friendship will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Per her wishes there will be no services.
