Dearest Randy, Robin, Kevin, and the entire Phelps family,
Keith was the kindest, most caring kid on the block. Always the first one to lend a hand if you needed him.
I will always cherish the days at Kingsrowe Ct. Those were the best days of my childhood.
All of you were my best friends! Thank you to Tracy Cohen who has kept us all together so many years later.
At present, I’m on the front lines fighting the Covid out in Arizona.
I can’t even come home right now for fear of infecting my loving family.
Hope to see you all some day when this pandemic is finally over.
Please reach out to me anytime.
Much love and prayers.
Your friend forever,
Kim (Dunson) Mitchell

Thank you dear friend!!
Rest In Peace Keith. We all had some good times in the old neighborhood of Kingsrow Court. The Mullins family sends their condolences to your family.
Our family thanks you!!! Please tell your brothers I said hello, too.
My brother, your family was already mourning our dear Mary passing when we heard the message of your passing. We mourned you together in shock and disbelief that we couldn’t see you one last time. I returned home heartbroken and unable to even attend your funeral without risking the lives of our families that are still alive. How sad I feel that anyone would refuse to understand how crushed I am to not be able to attend my own beloved brother’s funeral. This could have waited but I realize life is not all about me. Others will not be attending but all only for one reason. That is to not endanger the lives of our loved ones by unknowingly spreading the deadly virus. Let it be known that those who do attend I wish I could be there physically but plan to be there over Zoom in the same room with you. Most sincerely, Randall Jay Phelps
We were sadden of the news of the passing of Keith. I knew Keith when he was 13 in the old neighborhood at Kingsrowe. He was always so much to be around. He will be surely missed.
Thank you dear old friend!! Best regards to your family as well.
