Mabel D. Harbert

Mabel D. Harbert (nee Handel), 91, passed away peacefully at the home of her daughter Cheryl in Brooklyn, Ohio after a long illness. She was born March 26, 1922, in McKeesport, PA and lived in Lorain county from 1945 until she retired to Homosassa, Florida in 1986. She was preceded in death by her husband, John in 1968; her sister Ruth McIntosh, and brothers Fred and Raymond Handel, and her parents Clara and Paul Handel. Survivors include her brother Paul R. Handel of Campbell, CA; her son John R. Harbert(Carla) of Grafton; daughter Cheryl A. Stewart(Jeffrey), five grandchildren and five great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.

Family visitation MONDAY 5-6PM with Memorial Service to follow at 6PM at JARDINE FUNERAL HOME, 15822 PEARL RD, STRONGSVILLE.
