Mabel E. Sabo

Mabel E. Sabo (nee Lee) 87 passed away peacefully on November 2, 2019 in Medina, OH with her niece and “nephew” Debbie and Ron Rogalski of Litchfield, OH by her side. She was born July 22, 1932 in Frenchburg, Ky. She is survived by her sister, Elsie Childers, of Medina OH and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by Zoltan Sabo, her husband of 33 years, ,her parents Allen and Vada (Bias) Lee, siblings: Ollie Sorrell, Daisy (Ray) Coldiron, Mary (George) Day, Everette (Lillian) Hill, Roy (Flossie) Lee, Maude (Dave) Johnson, Ella (Ellihue) Johnson, Dorothea (Gerd) Schmidt, Alfred (Eva) Lee, and Herbert (Stella) Lee and brother in law Quentin Childers.
She retired from Owens Glass in Bridgeton NJ and relocated to Florida. Mabel enjoyed travelling, ceramics, walking, and her church. When her health started to fail, she moved to Brunswick Ohio to be near her sister and niece.

The family wishes to thank Mabel’s caregivers at Life Care Center of Medina and Hospice of the Western Reserve for their kind and compassionate care.

Family and Friends are invited to a Celebration of Life to be held Thursday, November 21st from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm at Jardine Funeral Home, 15822 Pearl Rd., Strongsville, OH.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be sent to the Alzheimer’s Association or Hospice of the Western Reserve.
