Marty F. Milo age 69, a lifelong resident of Euclid, passed away Friday, July 2, 2021, at the Cleveland Clinic. He was born Oct. 24, 1951, in Bay Village. Marty was a 1969 graduate of St. Joseph High School, Ohio State University and Case Western Reserve University. He was an accomplished musician who was a lead singer and guitarist. Marty was founder and member of the original “One Eyed Jacks,” and had played in bands since the age of 12. He was also an artist, and enjoyed oil painting. Marty loved life and being with everyone. He truly “lit up a room.” Mr. Milo retired from Stanley Proctor Company in Twinsburg.
Marty was the beloved husband of 35 years to Bonnie J. (nee Schneider) Milo; loving brother of Paul R. (Gayle) Milo, Maureen Milo, and Michael P. (Mary Ann) Milo; brother-in-law of Nancy (Dan) McGhee, Beverly (Frank) O’Connell, Glenn (Karen) Schneider, Donna (Matt) Kilpatrick, Dan (Jody) Schneider, Linda Blazina, and Diane LeBlanc; and uncle of many cherished nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Marty was preceded in death by his brother, Tom “Doc” Milo; parents, Stan and Charlotte (nee Reddy) Milo; and brothers-in-law, Ken Schneider and B.J. Blazina. A Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date.
