Michael E. Forster

Michael Edward Forster, born in Buffalo, NY to Edward and Rita Forster, on December 20, 1945.  He passed away peacefully at the age of 74, after a long illness while with his wife of 53 years, Mary Forster (O’Connor).  Michael is survived by his daughter, Amy Ahrens, of soon to be Charlotte, NC,  (Jeff), Granddaughter (Julia), his son, Michael E Forster II (Dana Pucillo) of NYC and Brian Forster (Caitlin McDonald) of Los Angeles, CA.  Also survived by his sister, Barbra Battaglia (James) and Brother, Edward Forster (Deborah) both of Buffalo, NY.

Michael graduated from St. Joseph Colligate High School and later,Canisius College, with a BA in Business.  Mike attended college while working full time at M&T Bank in Buffalo, NY.  He then spent most of his career in banking and owned his own business at one time.  Mike loved to host neighborhood and family holiday parties , play golf and even met Arnold Palmer at a golf tournament in Ohio.  He always made sure we took family vacations and visited museums and parks.  He was a big history buff, especially of the Civil War.
