Patricia L. Toth

Patricia L. Toth, age 53 of Brook Park Ohio, entered her eternal rest unexpectedly on the morning of November 24, 2023, surrounded by her family. Born January 30, 1970, to her loving mother Mary Louise Forsythe (passed). The granddaughter of John A. and Agnes A. James, both passed. She is survived by her loving husband Jim Toth, spending 39 years together and 29 years married; the mother of Helana Puliafico and the grandmother to Amelia and Logan; as well as the mother to James Toth II. She was the stepmother of Jason Toth and grandmother of Abigail Toth, Megan Toth, Alexander Toth, and Memphis Toth; she was also the stepmother of Tammy Toth and grandmother of Maximus Miles. Patricia is survived by her brothers Harry J. Forsythe and Harold J. Forsythe, as well as her sisters Cathy A. Forsythe and Margaret Wallace. Patricia leaves behind many nieces and nephews that will forever remember her.

Patricia was a loving mother, grandmother, stepmother, sister, and friend. Patricia enjoyed spending most of her time babysitting her two grandchildren Amelia and Logan, playing games on her phone, spending time with her pets, and connecting to friends through social media. Patricia will be remembered as being the life of the party, always finding ways to make people laugh. Her giving nature knew no bounds and would try to help anyone she could to the best of her ability.

Per Patricia’s wishes, there will be no funeral services held and she will be cremated.
