Robert ” Mr. Blue” Smith Sr., passed away on August 8, 2016. Beloved husband of Sandra, loving father of Robert (Shelley) and Michael; cherished grandfather of Autumn; brother of Ann Balies of West Virginia. All Services Private.
Robert was Born in Oak Hill West Virginia. He Moved to Cleveland and worked for 40 years as a tow motor driver. Robert retired in 1999. He loved to spend summers in Catawba Island where he rented a cottage every year with his family, spent a lot of time on the boat fishing, spending the day at Put-In-Bay or Kelly’s Island. He also loved to travel or just take a Sunday ride. Loved his family and would go back to West Virginia when he could to visit.
