Ronald J. Scheucher

Ronald John Scheucher, 77, of Parma, Ohio passed away on March 25, 2022 after a brief illness. He was born on May 17, 1944 to the late Marie (née Burke) and late George Scheucher in Cleveland, Ohio. He attended St. Ignatius High School having skipped the 4th grade. For years Ron worked at Sears in many capacities, eventually becoming a store manager in Lexington, Kentucky. Later he worked as a stockbroker at various companies before retiring.

He enjoyed all aspects of business and was an avid and skilled table tennis player and bowler. His favorite phrase was “soar with the eagles.” There is no doubt he is soaring now with his new wings.

He is survived by sons Ron (Heidi) Scheucher and Scott (Julie) Scheucher, brother Robert (Barb) Scheucher, brother-in-law Ken (Cheryl) Figure and nieces Jennifer (Noah) Singerman, Kerri (Michael) Black and Cindi (Jay) Katz.

He is preceded in death by his ex-wife Mary Jane Scheucher.

Friends and family may call from 11:00AM Monday, April 11, 2022 at Yurch Funeral Home, 5618 Broadview Road in Parma, Ohio. A service for Ron will follow at 12:00PM.
