Ruthlene L. Arbogast
Ruthlene Leota Arbogast, 91, of Cleveland, Ohio, passed away peacefully Tuesday, January 17, 2023 with her loving family by her side. She was born August 29, 1931, in Circleville, West Virginia to the late Conda Sponaugle and Leota Arbaugh. She is survived by her son, Kevin (Jenifer) Arbogast; brothers, Lawrence Sponaugle, David (Catherine) Arbaugh and Gene Arbaugh, and numerous aunts, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Vere Arbogast; two sons: Roy Arbogast, Douglas Arbogast and her beloved sister, Linda Arbaugh Rattlief.
A private interment will be held at the Ohio Western Reserves National Cemetery in Seville, Ohio.
