Sandra R. Allison (nee: Baldwin), 62, of Youngstown, passed away Friday evening, January 2, surrounded by family at the Cleveland Clinic. Sandy was born on October 30, 1952, to Richard and Mary Lou (nee: Griffith) Baldwin in Youngstown and was a lifelong area resident.
Sandy was a 1971 graduate of Chaney High School and later earned a secretarial degree from ITT Tech. She had worked for B.J. Allan / Phantom Fireworks since 1992. She loved spending time with her family and dogs, Sammy and Dallas.
Left to cherish her memory are three sons, Thomas, Timothy (Kellie) and Richard (Meghan). The joys of Sandy’s life were her grandchildren: Nathan, Nicole, Carter, Alivia and another expected in April of this year.
She also leaves behind her father, Richard (Joyce) Baldwin, two brothers; Richard (Ruth) Baldwin, Robert (Maria) Baldwin, two sisters; Barbara (Robert) Smith, Linda (Don) Tankovich.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Lou (nee: Griffith) Baldwin.
Memorial services will be held at Concordia Lutheran Church, 125 N. Brockway, Youngstown 44509 on Thursday, January 8 at 4:30 pm where the family will begin receiving friends at 3:30 pm.
