William Simmons, Jr. “Billy”,51, passed away November 9, 2013. Son of Mary and the late William Simmons, Sr. Dear brother of Bonnie(Dave), Doris, Donna, Mary(Bob), Tom(Mags), Brenda(Jodi), Wendy(Tom), Dave(Anita), and Scott. Step-father to Tiffany Doyle. Uncle, cousin, and friend to many.
